1. Shipping Methods

2. Shipping Time

Shipping Service Providers: The shipping companies we use include UPS, FedEx, DHL, Postal, etc., depending on the specific order.

Domestic orders: processing time is 1-3 business days, shipping time is usually 3-7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

International orders: processing time is 1-3 business days, shipping time is usually 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing time.

3. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated based on your order amount, selected shipping method and destination. You will see detailed shipping costs during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
   Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking information via email so that you can track the status of your order at any time.
5. Problems and Delays
